Qualitative or quantitative research is carried out to get a personal grasp of the design problem and users’ needs. The user is at the centre and this allows me to comprehend not only users' current frustrations, but also their hopes, fears, abilities, limitations, reasoning, and goals. Insights from this engagement are summed up.
This phase includes prioritizing customer pain points, goals, and needs to form product strategy and experience. Market research and competitive analyses is conducted. Next, I explore different possible solutions.
In this phase, the prototype is refined to high-fi. Usability testing is carried out to gather feedback on the solution and iterations are made. At the end of this phase, you’ll have a pixel-perfect design for your product. The final product is packaged and handed off to the developers.

Billing cycles are based on a monthly period of 30 days which will be charged automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime without penalty and it you won’t be charged for the upcoming month.

Absolutely. We do not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, Programming, coding, or development, Digital painting and game assets, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), fine art illustrations, complex photo manipulation, manual typing (typing text from images), inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against whales design studio values.
